💸 Do you charge VAT or customs fees?

 

We’re based in Norway and yes, we cover VAT and customs when we order products from our own webshop too (yep, we feel your pain). If you’re ordering from Norway or the EU, VAT is usually included in the price. Customers outside the EU may be charged local customs or duties. Please check your country’s import rules.

 

📦 How long does shipping take?

 

Every item is made just for you, which means it takes a little longer to ship — usually 5–9 business days. Once it’s on the way, you’ll get tracking info. Expect your order in about 1–2 weeks, depending on location.

 

🚚 Where do you ship from?

 

We work with international print partners like Printful, Printify, and Gelato. Products are fulfilled as close to you as possible, depending on where the product is available.

 

🥋 Do you ship to academies or gyms?

 

Absolutely. Just double-check the shipping address and let your instructor know you’re bringing the drip.

 

🤷 Can I return or exchange items?

 

Since everything is made to order, we don’t offer returns unless there’s a defect. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, hit us up within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
